So many Goals ! Hundreds of trials and still No success.. same but true old story. Goal is a key success electron to be an achiever but not the only one. This is a first step which separates you from average population on this earth but doesn't place you in the elite list of achievers.

FOCUS is another success electron which along with GOAL creates achievers.

CLASSIFICATION:
A life WITHOUT FOCUS and WITHOUT GOAL is Animal life. They're living with no goal and no focus. They search food, any kind of food, eat it and sleep. But these animals are of great use for survival of human beings. They are being used. No need to say that no one wants to be in this category, however many of us are or have seen such peoples around us.

Then, comes a life with FOCUS BUT NO GOAL which is very rarely seen and actually needs some motivation. Most of the peoples with changing goals, too much of goals, unnecessary goals, unclear goals also falls in this category. They're easily influenced by others and aren't focused on single goal. They waste their energies wandering in this world, understanding this world and keep searching the reason or path of success. They want to do something but don't know how to do it because they don't know what to do.

Then comes those people who have clear DEFINED GOAL but are NOT FOCUSED. These might have lost confidence or don't have knowledge of Power of Focusing. They are normal humans with poor or less will-power. Due to knowledge they have created GOAL in their life but aren't able to FOCUS due to practice. They need little motivation and great practice.

Then comes those who are the cream on this earth, the elite group, the achievers or will soon be. An achiever need not be monetarily rich, an achiever is the one who was firm on goal, who believed in himself and his goal, remained stick to it and achieved it. Achievers like Failures are found everywhere, in every age group and in every field. BIG Achievement comes with BIG GOALS. Achievers are those who had a SMART Goal and GREAT FOCUS.

Classification is needed for self-realization but Classification with definition of goal will be true movement towards growth and achievement.

The graph presented here is left for readers perception. Please comment what you understand from quadrants, rounded rectangle and arrow directions and also what benefit they made to you.

I'll be happy to know if you tell me "how they can be corrected according to your perception of GOAL and FOCUS".

Related Stories:

<georss:box>9.569130679764058 -168.046875 73.97349267976406 -48.515625</georss:box>

Steve Jobs - CEO of Apple and Pixar Animations

Steve Jobs delivering his commencement speech to the graduates of Stanford University. In it he talks about getting fired from Apple in 1985, life & death.

Inspirational Biography
“Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life,” says Steve Jobs. From the day he was born in San Francisco, California to an American mother and a Syrian father on February 24, 1955, Steven Paul Jobs has been blazing his own path. As the CEO of Apple Computer and CEO and Chairman of Pixar, Jobs is today recognized as one of the top leaders and visionaries of both the computer and entertainment industries and is worth an estimated $5 billion.

Jobs was given up for adoption just one week after his birth. He was adopted by Paul and Clara Jobs and the new family settled in Santa Clara County, California.

Jobs spent his free time attending lectures at the Hewlett-Packard Company in Palo Alto. He became a familiar face there and was soon hired as a summer student. It was here at the age of 13 where Jobs would meet his future Apple co-founder, Stephen Wozniak, who was also working as a summer employee. After striking up a friendship, Jobs began to help Wozniak market and sell his latest invention – an illegal device that could be attached to telephones to allow users to make free long-distance calls.

After graduating from high school in 1972, Jobs registered at Reed College in Portland, Oregon, but found he had little interest in pursuing a degree. He dropped out after just one semester, but continued to attend classes in philosophy, physics, and literature for another year.

He also began working as a technician for Atari, a company that manufactured popular video games.Working at Atari allowed Jobs the chance to save enough money for a spiritual retreat to India, where he went along with Daniel Kottke, a friend from Reed College and later, the first Apple employee. Upon his return, Jobs went back to work at Atari, but this time was in charge of creating a circuit board for the game Breakout. Atari had offered a $100 bonus for each chip that could be reduced in the machine. With little knowledge of circuit boards, Jobs made a deal with Wozniak to work together and split whatever bonus they got. Wozniak reduced the chips by 50, surprising both Atari and Jobs himself. The design proved to be so tight in fact that the circuit board was impossible to reproduce on the assembly line.

This experience at Atari proved to be the beginning of a long business relationship between Jobs and Wozniak that would soon spark one of the most successful and revolutionary companies of the 20th century.

While the 26-year-old Wozniak was content with his computer hobbyist group, the 21-year-old Jobs had a greater vision for the future. After seeing a computer that Wozniak had designed for himself, Jobs began to think about the marketability of such products. He convinced Wozniak to leave his job at Hewlett Packard and together the two began working on constructing a personal computer. Jobs’ passion and Wozniak’s engineering talent would soon combine to become a revolutionizing force in the computer industry.

Working out of Jobs’ bedroom, the duo designed the Apple I, and later moved to Jobs’ garage to build the prototype. In order to raise the money they needed to finance their company, Jobs sold his Volkswagen van while Wozniak sold his programmable calculator. With $1,300 in capital, the pair created Apple Company and within weeks, they were taking orders.

Jobs had secured the company’s first sale of 50 Apple I computers for a price of $666 each. The success of Apple I led the pair to design a successor, the Apple II. With a sleeker design, a disk drive, an open system and a new plastic casing that featured the Apple logo, the Apple II achieved even greater success. Within just three years, Apple Computer had experienced a growth of 700%. In December 1980, the company became a publicly traded corporation and Jobs’ stature continued to grow.

Competition from IBM soon began to threaten Apple’s position on top of the market. The release of Apple III did not come with the similar success that its predecessors had, nor did the release of Lisa. Apple II had numerous design flaws while Lisa was too expensive and thus was not commercially successful. In order to maintain its competitive edge, Jobs decided to convince then-President and CEO of Pepsi John Scully to become Apple’s CEO.

In 1984, Apple introduced the Macintosh, which became the first commercially successful computer with a graphic interface. Over 400,000 Macs were sold in its first year of production. But, while the company was experiencing success, an internal power struggle was also taking place. In 1985, Wozniak left the company and Jobs was stripped of his duties by the board of directors. Jobs resigned in protest, but that would not be the end of him.

Jobs went on to found NeXT Computer, a company that focused on educational computing. While its workstation was technologically advanced, it proved to be too expensive to gain widespread appeal. But, NeXT did experience modest success in the scientific and academic fields, developing such products as the DSP chip and the built-in Ethernet port. In 1986, Jobs also purchased Lucasfilm’s computer graphics division for $10 million and created Pixar, a new computer animation company that has since partnered with Disney to create such hit films as Toy Story and Finding Nemo.

In 1996, NeXT was bought by Apple for $204 million and Jobs was brought back on as an interim CEO of the company he had originally founded. As CEO of Apple once again, Jobs cut a number of projects that he saw as being useless and began to turn his attention to the iMac. Since the iMac was introduced in 1998, Apple has seen its sales rise significantly. The company continued to branch out with such successful products as the iPod and iTunes. Apple currently has 14,800 employees and grosses over $17 billion in revenues.

In 2005, The Walt Disney Company purchased Pixar for $7.4 billion making Jobs Disney’s largest single shareholder with 7% of the company’s stock. While his aggressive personality and demanding management style have often been criticized, Jobs is undoubtedly a visionary, who turned his dreams for the personal computer into a billion dollar enterprise.

Success Electron #1: Connect the Dots
“You have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future,” says Jobs. “You have to trust in something – your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. This approach has never let me down, and it has made all the difference in my life.”

Jobs believes that everything happens for a reason and although that reason may be hard to see at the time, sometimes you need to just sit back and have faith that things will work out in the end. Trusting your own decisions is often one of the most difficult but necessary and rewarding experiences.

Dropping out of university allowed Jobs to stop taking the required courses and begin attending ones that he found more interesting. One of these was a calligraphy instruction class, where Jobs learned about serif and san serif typefaces, spacing between different letter combinations and about how to make beautiful typography. Jobs didn’t understand at the time how this might be helpful, but he decided to follow his interests nonetheless.

Ten years later, when Jobs and Wozniak were designing the first Macintosh computer, he remembered his calligraphy lessons. He decided to incorporate the fonts he had learned about into the Mac. “It was the first computer with beautiful typography,” says Jobs. “If I had never dropped out, I would have never dropped in on this calligraphy class, and personal computers might not have the wonderful typography that they do.” While it was impossible to connect the dots at the time, in hindsight, Jobs says that everything became clear.

Success Electron #2: Don't Settle
“The only way to do great work is to love what you do,” says Jobs. “If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle.”
Despite being worth $4.4 billion, Jobs said he never once chose his career path for the money. “I was worth about over a million dollars when I was twenty-three and over ten million dollars when I was twenty-four, and over a hundred million dollars when I was twenty-five and it wasn't that important because I never did it for the money,” he says. “Being the richest man in the cemetery doesn't matter to me. Going to bed at night saying we've done something wonderful, that's what matters to me.”

Jobs is now living his dream life. Instead of retiring into the lap of luxury, he continues to work on a daily basis, to experiment and to innovate. He admits that the only thing that keeps him coming to work every day is his passion. “We used to dream about this stuff. Now, we get to build it,” he says. “It's pretty neat.”

To other entrepreneurs who are struggling to find their way and stay motivated, Jobs has this advice: “The only way to do great work is to love what you do…As with all matters of the heart, you'll know when you find it.”

Success Electron #3: Seize the Day
When Jobs was 17 years old, he read a quote that would stay with him forever: “If you live each day as if it was your last, someday you'll most certainly be right.” Since then, he has looked himself in the mirror every morning and asked himself whether or not he would do the same thing that day if it were his last day alive. “Whenever the answer has been ‘No’ for too many days in a row, I know I need to change something,” he says.

<georss:box>28.6867832 77.16390469999999 28.7244242 77.2222697</georss:box>

Empowering and Disempowering Beliefs

The conscious and subconscious minds have to work together in harmony in order to accomplish anything (dreams). When two shall agree, it shall be done for them. It is not really our conscious thoughts that create our reality but it is our subconscious beliefs. Remember man never give birth, only a woman can create life. So our subconscious mind is feminine in nature unlike the conscious one which is masculine in nature.
It’s our subconscious mind only which makes our belief a reality but who drives it, yes you’re right, it is the conscious mind.

Hey, don’t get worry about those messages which sometimes passively has been imposed on our subconscious mind. Since it is feminine in nature it will bring forth them to our conscious mind and will ask for approval and we can allow it to continue its effect or reject it. So remember that decision making is in hands of masculine and success goes there where there is harmony between the two. To achieve dreams a man should behave like a man(able to make right decisions) and a woman should behave like woman (to give birth).

A woman (Subconscious mind) seeks to submit herself to a dominant man (Conscious mind) and on regular intervals keep testing his dominance and leadership skills. If man’s will power is weak that he is not able to decide on his own and can’t lead. What woman will do? She will submit her to another man then the result would be hell. That would be a kid called disempowering belief. But if she won’t submit herself to another man as his own man is strong in decision making and dominant, she will give birth to empowering belief.
<img Their youthful experiments laid the foundation for what would later become one of the largest and last remaining mass producers of motorcycles in the U.S. Today, with over $1.5 billion in annual sales last year, Harley-Davidson remains an American icon and an example of entrepreneurship at its finest.

<georss:box>28.6867832 77.16390469999999 28.7244242 77.2222697</georss:box>

Jeff Bezos - Founder of Amazon.com

The dot-com boom-and-bust is often compared to the 1849 Gold Rush, and Amazon.com founder Jeff Bezos offers historical evidence showing how similar they were: from the riches made by pioneers to the media hype that attracted luckless speculators. But a better analogy can be found in the early days of the electric industry, he says. In the late 1800s, the U.S. was first wired to support lightbulbs; the following century saw a long procession of new appliances, life-changing advances, and of course some amusing failures.

<georss:box>28.6867832 77.16390469999999 28.7244242 77.2222697</georss:box>

Richard Branson-Chairman of "Virgin Group of Companies"

When was at school, his headmaster predicted he would wind up either a millionaire or in jail. A fast-paced, mind-expanding, motivating TEDTalk for high achievers and those who wish to be.

Inspirational Biography
“Success is doing what you want to do, when you want, where you want, with whom you want, as much as you want,” says Tony Robbins. For the past 15 years, Robbins has been doing exactly that. As one of the most celebrated motivational speakers and life coaches in the world, Robbins has come from humble beginnings to rise to the top of his game. He not only talks about how to achieve success; with best-selling books and seminars behind him, as well as being Chairman of five private companies that together generate over half of $1 billion, Robbins has himself become a successful entrepreneur and a model of what it takes in order to achieve your dreams.

Anthony J. Mahavorick was born on February 29, 1960 in Glendora, California, a low-income suburb of Los Angeles. When he was just seven years old, his parents divorced. His mother would later remarry twice, and he would take on the surname of his second stepfather, Jim Robbins. An ambitious child, Robbins dreamed of one day leaving his modest upbringings behind to become a sports reporter. He attended Glendora High School and in 1977, was elected president of his student body. The passion, for which Robbins has since become legendary, was not so beneficial to him as a child; at the age of 17, Robbins was kicked out of his house for being “too intense.”

It wasn’t long before Robbins found his niche. After discovering the motivational speaker Jim Rohn, Robbins became inspired. He began to read personal growth books by the hundreds – over seven hundred in just a few years. He also discovered that he had a personal knack for sales, where his early career excelled. With his voracious appetite for self-help books and his impressive sales technique, Robbins soon found himself in the seminar business.

Initially, Robbins found himself selling tickets for another popular motivational speaker. He had an impressive ability to sell tickets to almost anyone, even breaking all the sales records in his first month. By any measure, Robbins was a success and was now in an income bracket beyond his dreams. But, Robbins wanted more for himself.

“I remember the moment my life changed, the moment I finally said, ‘'I've had it! I know I'm much more than I'm demonstrating mentally, emotionally, and physically in my life,’” recalls Robbins. “I made a decision in that moment which was to alter my life forever. I decided to change virtually every aspect of my life. I decided I would never again settle for less than I can be.”

Robbins began compiling all the knowledge he had amassed over the years and developed a unique motivational seminar that he himself began delivering to public audiences. They were fast sellouts. Then, in 1983, Robbins discovered Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a radical and relatively new therapeutic technique that Robbins would go on to study and promote in his seminars. After only briefly studying the basic principles of NLP, Robbins hit the road with his new seminar; it turned out to be the road that would establish his career and turn him into the success he is today.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming promised instant results; by directly altering unconscious ‘programs’, Robbins and other proponents of NLP believed that it was one of the most promising new therapeutic techniques. Robbins created a new seminar based on NLP and hit the road with it. He began appearing on television and radio stations throughout first, Canada, and then the U.S. In 1989, he launched a series of infomercials to promote his product, which proved to be a very successful strategy. Since their initial introduction, Robbins’ infomercials have aired on average every 30 minutes, 24 hours a day, somewhere in North America.

Robbins’s confidence in his new “technology of change” was growing. He began to publicly challenge psychiatrists by asking for a chance to work through their toughest cases in front of a live audience. In one of his early seminars, Robbins brought on stage a woman who had been being treated for her phobia of snakes for over seven years; Robbins cured her in fifteen minutes. Following that experience, Robbins exclaims, “I became a wild man! I stormed across the country demonstrating to people how quickly change could occur.”

Robbins also began offering personal therapy sessions, initially at a price of $500 per hour. Soon, he was charging $5,000 per hour and was guaranteeing transformation in one session. “If you see your therapist more than twice, your therapist has no integrity,” Robbins would say. Interest in Robbins’ seminars was growing across the country, the most famous of which was his four-day Unleash the Power Within seminar. It was here where Robbins demonstrated his now-famous firewalk, whereby people would gain mental discipline and confidence by walking over burning coals, and then apply that principle to other aspects of their lives.

Over the next decade, Robbins’ reputation as a successful entrepreneur and life coach would continue to soar. He has authored five internationally best-selling books, which have since been published in 14 languages throughout the world. His Personal Power development system has sold over 35 million audiotapes and he has given seminars to over three million people in more than 80 countries. Robbins also founded Mastery University, bringing together world leaders to train future world leaders.

Today, Robbins is one of the most sought after international speakers and advisors. From Fortune 500 CEOs to elite athletes to international leaders, including Nelson Mandela and Mother Theresa, Robbins has met with, consulted or advised some of the most influential people in the world. Robbins is also a dedicated philanthropist and humanitarian, having launched the non-profit Anthony Robbins Foundation to help the homeless and disadvantaged and creating the Presidential Summit for America’s Promise. The Anthony Robbins Companies now include Namale Resort & Spa, Twinlab Corporation, Rebus Publishing, and Discovery Toys. Robbins serves as Chairman to each, with all of them being geared towards improving people’s quality of life.

When American Express asked its entrepreneurial clients who would be their number one choice of anyone in the world to personally coach them in their business endeavours if price were not an issue, Robbins was selected by an overwhelming margin. He represents not only financial success but also the passion and energy that entrepreneurs need to take their company to the top.

Success Electron #1: Your potential is determined by Self-belief
“The only thing that's keeping you from getting what you want is the story you keep telling yourself,” says Robbins. “What we can or cannot do, what we consider possible or impossible, is rarely a function of our true capability. It is more likely a function of our beliefs about who we are.”

Robbins is a firm believer in the power of the mind; the only way to go from good to great is to believe that it is possible. If we believe we are destined for small things, then that is all we will ever achieve. Conversely, if we believe we are destined for greatness, we will settle for nothing less and we will not stop until we have reached that goal.

Success Electron #2: Passion and Purpose makes anything possible
If there is one thing that Robbins is known for above all else, it is the passion with which he approaches life. Whether he is speaking to an audience of 2,000 or a single journalist, Robbins can’t help but be passionate.
“Live with passion!” he exclaims. “There is no greatness without a passion to be great, whether it's the aspiration of an athlete or an artist, a scientist, a parent, or a businessperson.” According to Robbins, a life without passion is a life of un-fulfillment.
Over the course of Robbins’ career, he has seen numerous athletes, business people and world leaders alike who have failed to achieve their goals, not because they lacked passion, but because they lacked focus. “One reason so few of us achieve what we truly want is that we never direct our focus; we never concentrate our power,” he says. “Most people dabble their way through life, never deciding to master anything in particular.”

Success Electron #3: Create a vision and stick to it.
There is a powerful, driving force inside every human being that, once unleashed, can make any vision, dream or desire a reality,” says Robbins. “I challenge you to make your life a masterpiece. I challenge you to join the ranks of those people who live what they teach, who walk their talk.”

In order to ever achieve that masterpiece, Robbins believes that you must have faith that it could actually happen and imagine your life as it would be. “Setting goals is the first step in turning the invisible into the visible,” says Robbins. But, beyond that, success requires a vision; goals are only the stepping-stones on the way to that vision.

“Create a vision and never let the environment, other people's beliefs, or the limits of what has been done in the past shape your decisions,” says Robbins. “Ignore conventional wisdom.” Even in the face of doubt or controversy, have faith in that vision. Cling to it in the knowledge that you have the right to achieve nothing less than what you want for your life.

<georss:box>28.6867832 77.16390469999999 28.7244242 77.2222697</georss:box>

Most Famous and Inspirational Celebrities

J.K.
